Monobond-S

Monobond-S is a single-component silanizing agent designed to promote the adhesion of glass and silicate ceramics to methacrylate-based luting composites (e.g. Variolink, Multilink). As a result, high-strength bonding values are achieved.

A single layer of Monobond-S is applied to the glass-ceramic surface and should be left to react for 60 seconds.

Note

• Monobond-S contains a silane as the active ingredient, which only establishes a chemical bond to glass or silicate ceramics. For oxide ceramics (zirconium and aluminium oxide), Metal / Zirconia-Primer is recommended.
