PRE-HEATING

The Manfredi burnout furnaces for rings, whose design is based on criteria acquired during almost 70 years of activity and experience, are today equipped with the most up-to-date and reliable control and programming systems, while insuring the utmost ease of use.

The heating muffle
It consists of 4 heating plates, whose profile:
• Enlarges the radiant surface with a consequent increase in the thermal yield.
• Insures a more even heat distribution.
• Facilitates the removal of waxes immediately after they melt, thus avoiding their burning • inside the ring.

The outside case
Completely made of stainless steel:
• Resistant to corrosion, therefore almost indestructible.

The door
Lined with high-insulation refractory material, which avoids any outwards loss of heat.
The door movement
Horizontal parallelogram moving type:
• Any accidental contact of the operator with the hot surfaces is avoided .
• The door movement does not jam owing to its self-lubricating building materials (the door of the furnace L2C is opened by upwards rotating it).

The safety
In order to prevent even the most careless of accidents, the MANFREDI furnaces are provided with:
• Power cutout to switch off power to the plates when the door is opened.
• Double-pole fuses.
