ODONTOWELD

ODONTOWELD is the multi-purpose welder capable of solving a lot of spot-welding and soldering problems that arise daily in a dental laboratory.
• ODONTOWELD permits both spot-welding and brazing (welding with addition of solder).
• The spot-welding operation, controlled by a pedal button, may be accurately calibrated with 12 power levels and 12 time settings.
• The ergonomic hand-rest makes the positioning of the parts to be spot-welded easier.
• The soldering intensity is adjusted by means of an ergonomic pedal rheostat.

Standard kit of accessories:
• Spot-welding electrode type T with head.
• Spot-welding electrode type U with head.
• Spot-welding electrode type V.
• Spot-welding electrode type Z.
• Pair of hand cables to spot-weld on the model directly, with electrodes type S.
• 1 Holding pincer for brazing.
• Brazing electrode in copper-plated carbon type N with head.
• Brazing carbon electrode type P with head.
• Carbon-holding cable for brazing with copper-plated carbon electrode type N.
• Allen wrench.

Additional orthodontic accessories:

The following optional accessories allows ODONTOWELD to carry out orthodontic spot-welding works:

• 8 spot-welding electrodes type A – B – C – D – E – I – L – M with head (Cod. Art. Q02A0).
• Wire hardening device (Cod. Art. Q03A0).
• Pincer to spot-weld on the model directly (Cod. Art. Q04A0).
