Efficient chemical root canal disinfection made possible thanks to RinsEndo. With its hydrodynamic activation of the irrigating solutions RinsEndo reduces germ contamination in root canals to a minimum, thereby establishing the basis for successful endodontic treatment.

The prerequisites for successful endodontic treatment lie in removing as much of the bacterial infection from the endodont as possible as well as removing the pulp tissue and the nectrotic material.

The Endodontics System RinsEndo now enables debris and germs to be removed from root canals more effectively than before. This handpiece disinfects thoroughly right to the apex even in unfavourable anatomical conditions and where there is a pronounced curvature or small diameter.

RinsEndo with its newly developed technology for hydrodynamic activation of irrigating solutions thus creates the ideal conditions for the long-term conservation of the treated tooth.

RinsEndo disinfection for instrument hygiene

RinsEndo is the effective method of disinfecting root canals. This method uses the efficiency of hydrodynamic activation on the basis of innovative pressure-suction technology.

65 micro litres of sodium hypochlorite solution (or other irrigating solutions) oscillating at a frequency of 1.6 hertz are aspirated each time from an attached syringe by means of a clock generator in the handpiece and transmitted to the root canal via the RinsEndo cannula. The introduction of these fine endo cannulas into the coronal third of the prepared root canal is sufficient to enable the solution to become active.

During the suction phase used solution and air are aspirated back. To ensure complete effectiveness the aspiration must be carried out by means of a surgical cannula or a saliva ejector. The pressure produced in hydrodynamic irrigation by RinsEndo, is restricted by the system and is less than that generated in conventional manual irrigation using a disposable syringe.
